Exchange Policy
At NOVAE, we want you to receive the perfect fit.
If you are not satisfied with the size of the product you received, you may request a size exchange within 5 days of delivery.
Exchange Conditions
Exchanges are allowed for size changes only
Maximum 2 products per order can be exchanged
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
Exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery
Before returning the product, please contact us via WhatsApp or email to register your exchange request.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a reliable courier service or registered post to ensure safe delivery.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, the replacement item will be shipped.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
Customized or made-to-order products
Limited edition or final sale items
Bulk orders
Products that have been used, washed, or damaged
Return & Refund Policy
NOVAE generally does not offer refunds, except in cases where:
The product has a manufacturing defect
The wrong item was delivered
In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and return the item within 7 days.
Once the product is received and verified:
Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days
Cash on Delivery orders: Refund will be issued excluding shipping charges
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Photos of the product
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Bulk Orders
Products purchased in bulk orders are manufactured specifically for the order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Domestic orders within India are generally delivered within 4–10 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Delivery timelines may vary for remote areas or due to courier delays.
Cancellation Policy
Since NOVAE products are printed or prepared on demand, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
After the order enters production, cancellation will not be possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of placing your order.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Important Notes
NOVAE is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, re-delivery attempts will be handled by the courier service.
Customers placing orders for multiple addresses must place separate orders for each shipping address.
