Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or size exchange.
To be eligible for a return or size exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or size exchange, you can contact us at support@novaeindia.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 43 Ext Triveni Colony, Indore, 452014.
If your request is accepted, a reverse pickup will be arranged for your convenience. A reverse pickup fee of ₹100 will be applicable and may be deducted from your refund or charged separately. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or size exchange will not be accepted.
Size Exchange Conditions:
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to size availability at the time of processing.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
- Only one size exchange per item/order is allowed.
- If the requested size is unavailable, you may opt for a return for store credit (issued after successful quality verification).

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable & Non-exchangeable Items
As a clothing label, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during clearance sales
- Items bought under flash sale promotions
- Made-to-order or customized items
Additionally, certain categories are non-returnable due to hygiene and product integrity reasons:
- Personal care goods (if applicable)
- Items that are worn, washed, altered, or without original tags and packaging
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status.
- Store credits will be issued after successful quality verification of the returned item.
- If a monetary refund is applicable and approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund.
