Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your size and colour, and click ‘Add to Cart’. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and complete your payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so modifications or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us at support@novaeindia.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us at support@novaeindia.com with your name and order details.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery across India takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available on orders above a certain threshold. Check our website or checkout page for the current free shipping offer.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within India only. International shipping will be announced when available — follow us on Instagram to stay updated.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. See our full Refund & Return Policy for details.
How do I initiate a return or size exchange?
Email us at support@novaeindia.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason. We’ll arrange a reverse pickup for you.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Store credits are issued after quality verification.

What if my size is out of stock?
You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page. We restock popular sizes regularly — follow us on Instagram for drop announcements.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.
