Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed and shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Because many NOVAE products are produced in limited quantities, we currently do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

• Photos of the package

After verification, we'll arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.

Size exchanges are available only if the requested size is in stock and the garment is unused, unwashed and returned in its original condition.

Most NOVAE garments are designed with a relaxed oversized streetwear fit. Please refer to the Size Chart available on every product page before placing your order.

Depending on the collection, our garments feature premium heavyweight cotton, terry knit, acid wash cotton and cotton-spandex blends. Fabric information is listed on each product page.

• Do not bleach.
• Dry in shade.
• Do not iron directly on the print.

We accept UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets and Cash on Delivery where available.

Cash on Delivery is available for selected pincodes and may include a small handling charge.

You always retain ownership of your original artwork. By joining SCRIBE, you grant NOVAE permission to manufacture, market and sell products featuring your approved designs according to the Creator Agreement. Your intellectual property always remains yours.

Creators earn commissions on every successful sale of products featuring their approved artwork. Your earnings grow as your creator tier increases, rewarding creators who build their audience and consistently generate sales.

Yes. You can submit as many original designs as you'd like. Every design is reviewed individually based on originality, print quality, technical feasibility and alignment with the NOVAE brand.

Yes. You may request the removal of your designs. Any existing customer orders will still be fulfilled, after which your products will no longer be available for purchase.

Only original artwork is accepted. Designs that include copyrighted material, trademarks or artwork you don't own will be rejected. Repeated violations may result in suspension from the SCRIBE program.

Yes. Outstanding creators may be invited to participate in exclusive collections, limited edition drops, brand campaigns and special collaborations with NOVAE.
